Description
Mapusaurus means “Earth lizard” and it was a giant dinosaur from the early Late Cretaceous period from 99-94 million years ago.
The Mapusaurus was found in Argentina and was believed to have hunted in packs and lived in family groups. It grew to 13 metres in height.
